Archiving
The Vincenzo Irolli Archive was created with the aim of publicizing the high artistic value of the Neapolitan painter through the cataloging and archiving of his works.
Periodically, the Association's curatorial committee will meet to evaluate the works proposed for consideration.
Please be advised that de visu evaluation of the works by experts may also be necessary.
Methods of verification, authentication and archiving
All photos should be high definition of the unframed work. Submission is requested through the contact form, and must include:
- Two color photographs, front/back of the work (jpg);
- One color photograph of the artist's signature (jpg);
- Additional Documentation, if any exists (jpg, pdf).
Oils on canvas and board
Fixed charge for archiving and examination and issuance of official certificate of archiving with indication of authenticity or non-authenticity of the work:
- up to 20x30cm €300+VAT;
- greater than 20x30cm €350+VAT.
Additional cost of issuing declaration of authenticity or non-authenticity on photograph:
- up to 20x30cm €300+VAT;
- greater than 20x30 cm €350+VAT.
Watercolors
Fixed fee for archiving and examination and issuance of official certificate of filing with indication of authenticity or non-authenticity of the work:
- €250+VAT.
Additional cost of issuing declaration of authenticity or non-authenticity on photograph:
- € 250+VAT.
Drawings
Fixed fee for archiving and examination and issuance of official certificate of filing with indication of authenticity or non-authenticity of the work:
- €150+VAT.
Additional cost of issuing declaration of authenticity or non-authenticity on photograph:
- €150+VAT.
